Kayla combines her expertise in naturopathy and facial-body analysis to uncover hidden deficiencies and guide you toward optimal health through personalized nutrition and natural healing.
Hi, I’m Kayla, a health coach and naturopath with a passion for helping others achieve their optimal health by understanding the unique needs of their bodies. My journey into health and wellness started with my background in professional dance, where I dedicated my life to movement and performance. I danced my way through college in Texas and had the privilege of becoming an NBA dancer. After completing my degree and working in the oil and gas industry, I realized my true calling was helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
As a mother of four, I’ve learned firsthand the importance of nourishing my family, and it’s become my mission to extend that knowledge to others. My studies led me to graduate from the Goyetche Institute as an orthomolecular practitioner, where I honed my skills in identifying deficiencies based on facial and body analysis.

Additionally, my education in naturopathy through Scolastico helped me heal from an autoimmune disease that once compromised my health.
